"We had just landed after a long flight and were welcomed by the hostess who offered us lovely cold tea. A very relaxing check-in. The room was fine and so was the bathroom.
However, there was no breakfast as is shown on the photos for this hotel. We had to go out for breakfast which was not a success."

"Great Hotel, Great Location
The room was very spacious with a very comfortable King Size Bed. The bathroom was also spacious, well equipped and very clean.
Everything was in working order and very clean. The location opposite Hat Yai Central is very convenient.
We'll definitely be using Z Sleep Hotel for our accomodation option in Hat Yai.

The room was very spacious with a very comfortable King Size Bed. The bathroom was also spacious, well equipped and very clean.
Everything was in working order and very clean. The location opposite Hat Yai Central is very convenient.
We'll definitely be using Z Sleep Hotel for our accomodation option in Hat Yai.

All the fittings, sheets, pillows and decor are top quality.
The area is good, close to the harbour and night markets.
There are no lifts, and the stairs are steep...thats just how it is."

"The hotel is clean and the room is spacious. There is a common waiting area at level 2. They provide a hot/cold water dispenser and a dining table so that you can eat there. The staff are helpful. It's a worth staying here with affordable price. Definitely will repeat staying here if i plan to come here again."

"Staffs were really helpful and friendly during our stay. Towel, shampoo, bath gel, hairdryer, shower cap, cotton buds, and some beverage packs are provided in the hotel room. No water heater is available in the room but the hot and cold water filter is available on the 3rd floor with paper cups provided to make your beverages. Only 9 minutes driving to town. 6 minutes driving to asean night market. 4 minutes driving to central festival. Easy check in, don’t need deposit. They provide mineral water everyday. However this hotel isn’t comfortable for those who are travelling with public transport, I don’t think tuktuk reach that hotel."
