"Amazing views of Northport Harbor. Very walkable to town and all the shops and restaurants. On street parking was easy and plentiful. It snowed while we were there and Richard was quick to treat the stairs and patio so they were not slippery. "

For example, there are large pieces of art just leaning against the walls, as if they were going to be put up or taken down, but had just been left there. Also, several of the drawers in the kitchen were broken or breaking. Although it looks like they are in the middle of remodeling or replacing some pieces of the kitchen.
