"Host Frank & Bo were very kind and made sure we were happy with everything. Very clean & cozy, close to the beach where we took our daily walks. Bo even went to get ice cream at the store when she sent us to an ice cream place that was closed on the days we were there. So amazingly sweet. "

"It was a cozy and had a lot to offer for amenities. The beach had a great view of pleasant mountain. We went to the pool almost everyday. It was very nice. The rental was 10 minutes from town so easy to get supplies. I would definitely rent again. It really had a lot of beds too much more than we needed. However, a family of 5 or more would be very happy with the number of beds etc. it was very family oriented with games etc."

"We loved our week-long stay in North Conway. The house is located in a lovely and quiet neighborhood just a few minutes drive from downtown North Conway. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and overall it was a great location for our large group. One thing to note, the interior stairs, both up and down, are steep spiral staircases. "When we arrived everything was better than we thought it would be ! The cottage has everything you could possibly need for a Great Vacation. My grandchildren loved the kayaks . There were 8 of us and we had plenty of room from the porch to the sleeping arrangements. The pond was so clean to swim in and the fire pit area was an added bonus !! We loved it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a private, quiet, and fun getaway"
