"The accommodation in Ceglie was very sweet and little. The staircase to enter the room was very small and very steep so would be difficult if you are unsteady on your legs or have sore knees. It is a central location but you need to find parking which was not to bad for us as we were there in September, not sure how it would be in peak season. All together it was quite a nice experience. Claudia was extremely helpful and nothing was too much, great host. Thanks Susi & Elvio"

"Rigtig dejligt hotel, med mange muligheder både for par, børnefamilier og familier uden børn. Der er personale hver dag som informere og forsøger at trække en med til forskellige aktiviteter. Der er både mulighed for mindre fitness, volleyball og fodbold. Standen lige ved hotellet er der mange klipper, men man kan gå langs vandet ca. 1 km for at finde en rigtig stand (bugt), hvor du både kan springe for klipperne eller gå ud i vandet inden fra standen. Det største minus ved hotellet er, at størstedelen af personalet ikke taler eller forstår engelsk. - det er primært personale i receptionen som du kan henvende dig til, hvis det er problemer. Der var heller ikke den største variant af mad, derfor spiste vi primært ude (monopoli). Vil klar anbefaler at leje en bil. Det er overordnet et godt hotel/ressort, og selvom det er stort, følte du ikke trængsel i poolen, eller overrendt af mennesker, hvilket virkelig var dejligt."

"We have spent 4 nights at Incanto and We absolutely loved the hotel. The staff is amazing and they are so kind and make you feel very welcome. The pool area is very beautiful with a huge pool and lots of sunbeds with amazing view to the garden and Ostuni. The breakfast area is beautiful with huge vindows with amazing view to Ostuni and the sea. The breakfast itself is very good with a lot of options and wonderful coffee and all sorts of Italian pastries. The rooms are very clean vith stunning views. The atmosphere of the hotel is wonderful and we can highly recommend it."

"The hotel is very central in perfect location even for parking on the street. THe personnel are very service minded compared to other Italian hotels, both in reception and in the breakfast room that had plenty of kind staff keeping it filled and clean. The breakfast is really something! It has hot and cold healthy food as well as fresh delicious fruit, the best I had in my travel in Italy. I moved from a single room based behind the escalator as it was noisy in the night, also was waked by cleaners trowing glass out just outside the window in the stairs, just a small mistake. The new room was perfect and service excellent."
