"Our rental was cancelled due to water damage repair. We were not notified until we arrived to a construction site. With a car full of groceries, 30 minutes after check-in. We had to scramble to find last minute accommodations for family flying in. It was obvious the construction had been on going earlier in the week, with plenty of time to notify us."

Only reason I didn't give it a five stars was the upper bed is basically useless with how hot it gets up there by the skylight right now during the summer. Attempted to sleep up there by plugging in the provided fan but said fan would cause vibrations/echo up through the house, also tried turning down the a/c, leaving then coming back and upstairs was still very warm.
