"Vores ophold var helt fantastisk. Personalet var så søde og hjælpsomme. Det var rent og pænt og flot med pool. Dog er den pool de reklamere med på billederne en 10 min køretur væk da hotellet ligger i byen. Men der er gratis kører derhen hvilket fungerede fint"

"Have stayed at Quest Hotel twice now and will stay there again in the future. This time only for a one night stay. Had to catch a plane next day. Check-in and check-out was smooth and fast. Wifi is stable. Service is good. Room was decent too. The breakfast buffet is great with free juices and coffee included. Pool, poolbar and gym on 7th floor. Location is great. Just across to Ayala Mall where there are many options to eat and shop. Unfortunately, it is not that easy to cross the street to the mall because of traffic and no pedestrian crossing near the hotel. There were a few downsides to my stay. I found dust balls under the table, hair etc under the furniture. A long hair stcking to the bathroom wall. I did not say anything about since it was only a one night stay and it did not something that bothered my sleep. Nevertheless great stay and will be back again."

"Poor hotel management! We arrived exactly 3PM and we were met up with a long line of people that wanted to check-in in the hotel. We booked three rooms and when we already been checked-in we get three rooms in three differet floors. The worst case scenario is we can’t visit each other, because our key card can’t access the other floors where our family stays! Then we decided after we checked-in that we walked a tour to beach, and there we were informed that we cannot enter the hotel beach because we didn’t have any wristband with us! We talked to the hotel staff and showed him our key card with the hotel name with it. He didn’t care even! They should have told us when we checked-in, so we didn’t walk there with our poor daughter! During check-in, we didn’t get any information about beach wristband and what floor the swimming pool is. We had to figure it out. Then when we decided we wanted to get a shower before we’ll have dinner with family, we can’t go to shower beacuse we didn’t any towels in our room. We called the hotel staff on the telephone twice and complained about it but it took a while before we got the towels. And my wifes sister also needed towels and they got it first after 10PM when they called the staff about it. Really poor service. Won’t stay again here! We stayed in so many other hotels, but never experiences this one so bad! And this is the first time we complained about a hotel because it was too much! "

"Man får hvad der forventes når man bor på Radisson. Alt fungerer. Fint at tilbyde drinks hvis man vælger at genbruge sine håndklæder. Dejligt pool områder med hyggelige pool bar. Noget støjende ved hoved restaurant hvor morgenmad bliver serveret. Morgenbuffet er outstanding! Et overflod af valgmuligheder og flere kokke til at servere frisklavet anretninger."
