"We had a wonderful stay in the villa. Close to sights in Booth Toscany and Umbria and in walking distance to lovely Cortona. The house is cosy and well equipped and the garden is lovely. We spent many days just relaxing in the garden. The surrounding mountains are perfect for biking."

"Quiet, charming location which was central for day trips to Monte San Savino, Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Cortona, Montepulciano and many other villages in Tuscany. The pool was lovely, gazebo had honeysuckle and other flowering vines surrounding it which was a nice location to get out of the sun. Many olive trees surround the house and we did manage to see a wild boar, many geckos, birds and even a snake."

"This was a great villa in the Chianti region. The villa suited our group of six. The location was ideal for visiting Siena, Florence and surrounding towns. Roberto responded immediately to any questions we had. A welcome basket was wonderful, supplying any immediate breakfast or snack needs. The wine was a pleasant surprise also. Be sure to follow Roberto's written instructions to the villa. GPS gets you close but his instructions are needed! Would definitely recommend."

"We had a delightful week at Leonella’s beautiful and spacious house in the Umbrian countryside. It is the perfect house for a large family or two families of four. The pool is great and spacious and the garden stunning. Leonella surprised us with a delicious homemade tiramisù and made us feel very welcome. There is a nice hiking trail (Mount Acuto, about a miles walk to the trail, which is a 2.9 miles loop) with beautiful views and an Etruscan tower. Good location for day trips to Assisi,...

"Have stayed in area before, but not Cortona. We were taken around the property by Nonna and her grandson. A great team. They bogg live on siteNonna was attentive but not intrusive, and always left us tomatoes and basil from her garden, but spoke no english - more of a comment about us than her as it would have been great to talk to her more fully. A lovely lady. Stefano was great as translator, go to guy for info - taxi firms, air con specialists, bar to watch womens footy final! Etc A great...

Wer kein Problem hat mit dem Auto über schmale Schotterwege zu fahren, für die ist es ein Traum, auch die Anfahrtsbeschreibung war sehr gut verständlich. We loved sitting out in the evenings having dinner and we’re lucky to be there during the Perseus meteor shower and saw lots of shooting stars in the clear skys. "This place has it all. A wonderfully furnished, welleqipt and spacious house. A beautiful and large garden. A lovely pool. And last but not least a stunning view from all parts of the property. Add to this a very kind and helpfull housekeeper. We had two wonderfull weeks and would love to come back. Do not miss a visit to Anghiari which is a village out of a farry tale or the L’Osteria in Aboca down the road - one of our very best restaurant experiences. Great food - great service!"

"This house is very nice. It is centrally located outside Siena and good location to explore all over Tuscany. It is off the beaten path so you’ll definitely need a rental car. Even just to get there. It is remote. Which is a plus but also has some drawbacks. We went in March so pool was closed. Too cold to swim. House is several levels. Kitchen and dining room are downstairs. We cooked several simple meals after going into town to grab groceries. Nearby town is nice. Not a lot of restaurant...
