"The pictures are NOT accurate to the actual state of the apartment which is completely rugged and out of shape. The furniture must be changed, specially the beds and mattress that have blood stains and curtains that have holes in. The kitchen and bathroom need a renovation, there is mold all around the bathtub. The fridge had mold in it as well. The walls need to be repainted, they are full of black marks (like literally all the walls look as if they were airport walls) VRBO was of no help at...

"The host was very easy to contact and allowed us to drop our luggage off early while the apartment was being cleaned. We were able to walk across the street to the beach and have lunch until check in. Very convenient location to great restaurants!"

"We loved our stay at this apartment. It was so close to the Monument Metro station and the Basilica. There were lots of windows that afforded a nice breeze. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked (except I couldn’t find hot pads to pull things out of the oven). I recommend staying here!"

"They draw you in with one ad, then tell you it's not available but it's another flat.Not able to access property, instructions sent too late, had to rent a hotel...and still waiting to hear back from them on compensation.When finally in the property no hot water."
