"Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. "

"The photos do match at all. Upon arrival there is no front desk worker, instead they appear on a video screen and are remote workers (they were very kind and had a good service). "The front desk staff(Zarah) went above and beyond her job description as she provided first-aid to my husband who took a fall in the parking lot. She cleaned and bandaged his knees. She also accompanied us to our room and got a bucket of ice for us. There were also 2 angels in the parking lot who helped us greatly. "

"Never again. The pictures they show you on the booking site are clearly stock photos because the actual rooms are nowhere near as clean and nice as what's pictured. The first room we were assigned reeked of smoke. The carpet was very dirty. We were moved to a different room in which the bathroom sink did not function well. The beds were very hard.
