"This has to be the WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel. I requested a non-smoking room and when I arrived at the hotel lobby, the lady behind the desk was yelling at a customer on the phone and once she hung up, she started complaining about her boss who leaves her "crap" to do and then she decided to wait on me. I confirmed "twice" that the room was NS and she said yes. Once I got to the room, it smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigs in there and I immediately called the front...

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of good options. The staff were awesome—very friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The cleaning team did a fantastic job, and the hotel was very clean throughout my stay. Every staff member provided great customer service, which made the experience even better. The only minor issues were that the room did not have a microwave and there were not many drawers for storage, which seems more like a design issue....

Was annoyed that when I checked in there was a hassle and at first said I had to wait to check in at 3 pm even though I had paid the night before as well and finally got ironed out and I asked to add an additional night, which was available on Expedia where I booked, but I wanted to add through front desk because if I booked through Expedia it would be as a separate booking and didn’t want to worry about the issue of having to check out at 11...

"Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from. When we checked in there was a note saying pool and spa was closed. I ask woman at counter why she said pool was waiting on a part for heater and the hot tub was dirty and had to be drained and cleaned. I get the pool that’s out of your control but the hot tub could’ve been taken care of. Very disappointing…"

"Everything was ok,the jets in the Jacuzzi wasn't working hardly, didn't like someone from house keeping coming in the room while we were out. Breakfast was good. Door didn't latch completely when you went out you had to make shore it did every time "
