"Beautiful location overlooking the river. Staff was very friendly. Mattress could be replaced. It sinks in the middle quite a bit. It was ok for a night, but would have been rough any more than that. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"No matter which staff, they were all very friendly and helpful. Always said hello with a smile on their faces and asked how everything was going throughout our stay. We loved the option of afternoon snacks and the popcorn was a plus. "

"No cart for luggage had to carry luggage to room asked for another pillow because pillows were flat and wore out lady at desk said they did not have extras but she would check and see if she could find one and she would let us know room wasnt the cleanest air conditioner did not work properly all it wasnt at all like it was advertised . Very outdated, ceiling piece were falling on the blankets. Would never stay again. "

"How's it sound? The property being pet-friendly, along with the low $50 incidental deposit, was a plus and made traveling with our large dogs easier. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated. However, the overall condition of the property fell well short of expectations. Cleanliness was not up to standard—we encountered an unpleasant odor in the room and found leftover items such as lids from old containers, hairs on the bed, etc. from previous guests, which is unacceptable....

"Very clean and newly renovated. Rosa was especially kind to make sure we had ajoining rooms and everything we needed. "

"Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. "

"The breakfast buffet was amazing! Scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, waffles, juices, bagels, cereals, yogurt, REAL butter, etc. We were so satisfied with breakfast, we were able to skip lunch. The bed was comfy and we had both soft and firm pillows on the bed to choose from. The bedroom and bathroom both were very large. The indoor pool was fun and hubby enjoyed the workout area. The hotel was located nicely for our visit purpose which was the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. The staff,...

"Friendly staff and a well maintained property. Easy to get to airport but not so close you would here planes all day. Also good restaurants nearby."

"Parking was a little bit out of the way. But I guess we enjoyed the walk. It was a little bit more so when it was raining because we were loading up our car. Disappointed that there wasn’t a microwave in the room because we ate at the restaurant and would’ve liked to warm up our food."

"The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom."
