"First of all, Thane was a wonderful host. Communication was fast and helpful. We felt at home immediately in this beautiful house overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The location was perfect. It was convenient to the beach and to lovely walks. Not only was it comfortable and clean, it was also stylish and equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful, relaxing stay! Old town Carlsbad was delightful and an easy walk from the house for shopping and dining. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"I had my elderly dad (86), sister and niece (4 yrs old) stay here. This unit worked well for the age groups , first floor -single story. Two baths and the second bdrm with 2 beds.Location is great to get to the beach and board walk. Very clean and appliances all in good shape. Wouldn't hesitate to have family stay here again "

"We vacationed 2 adults, 4 children. There was so much space to spread out in the room. The kitchen was well equipped, and staff brought more of anything we requested. There is a free shuttle available, as well as a free trolley that takes guests to a couple near attractions. Minutes from Legoland. Only complaint: the king bed has passed it's lifespan, and is much too soft with large impressions. My husband switched beds with one of the kids, and those beds were much better."

"Definitely would love to stay here again. Perfect location, very comfortable. Easy instructions for check in and out. Nice courtyard, plenty big for multiple users at a time. Parking was a bit difficult getting in and out although probably the same with many others in the area."

"This is a very nice place to stay. Objectively pros: spacious, private, good for families, all modern creature comforts. Cons: lighting is dim in kitchen, not a lot of pot and pans for cooking, confusing light switching. Check-in/out was smooth and simple, hosts attentive and responsive. Only draw back was having to sign a secondary contract directly with renter."

"Location is fantastic. Quaint condo with very easy access to the beach. We truly appreciated the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, ice-chest… Everything we needed for a comfortable stay on the beach. Electric charging for my car was a bonus! The house is small yet cozy, perfectly reflected in the pictures, and is cute with original details. I would recommend and stay again. "
