Set across two upper floors, the home has been newly renovated with sleek surfaces, soft carpets and clean, modern lines. Guests can unwind in the large bedrooms, cook in the well-equipped kitchen, or retreat to the quiet attic room for rest.

The Layout
The townhouse is arranged to offer both privacy and practicality for larger groups.
You’ll find:
- A fully equipped kitchen with all cooking essentials and modern appliances
- One bathroom with walk-in shower and WC

Bedrooms:
- Bedroom One: Three single beds
- Bedroom Two: Bunk bed with double below and single bed on top
- Bedroom Three: One super-king bed and one single bed

Location
Just 6–8 minutes on foot to Cardiff Central Station and within easy reach of the city centre’s top spots, including Cardiff Castle, Principality Stadium and popular restaurants. Public transport, shops and nightlife are all close by.

House Rules
- No smoking
- No parties or events
- Pets allowed by prior arrangement
- Kids amenities available on prior request
- Pets (max. 2) are permitted to stay for an additional fee of £30 each

Booking Policy
- Full payment is due 30 days before arrival and will be automatically charged to the card on file.
- If payment fails, it must be completed within 24 hours or the booking will be cancelled.
- Early payment is allowed (card fees up to 3% are non-refundable if cancelled).
- We require guests to provide a security deposit of £200. This helps us ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone.
- The deposit is fully refundable after check‑out, provided there are no damages or outstanding charges.

Cancellation Policy
- Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before arrival.
- 50% refund if cancelled 14–30 days before arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.

This is a residential home—please be respectful. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Excessive noise may result in booking cancellation.

Check-in and check-out times must be followed. Late check-in or check-out of up to 2 hours may be available for £40, subject to availability and confirmation after booking.

Any damage to the property will be charged to the lead guest.
