Filthy throughout: sticky doors, walls, carpets and tables and, black mould in the bathroom, accompanying broken tap, towel rail falling off the wall, bulbs not working.
No shower or any means of washing hair/head
No coffee machine, just stale Nescafé and a kettle too big to be filled from the bathroom tap
Cheap bed linen, foam pillows with no extras and cheap sprung mattress bowing in the middle of a queen sized bed.
No usable WiFi the room
Thermostat flashing led all night
Malfunctioning TV (hindered with a stupid/useless hospitality app). Remote control handed in a bag at reception can't turn off subtitles.
Nasty, bright cold bulbs in the lights
Bathroom toiletries in unlabelled bottles (no indication of what they are, just the brand)
Ironing board but no iron
Laughably, they give you a café Nero style loyalty card, as if anybody would visit twice!
