Middelmådig kvalitet i forhold til prisen
"I en forlænget weekend i Cardiff med halvmarathon er det ikke OK at der ikke er styr på bemanding til morgenmaden. Marriott tillader sig at mere end fordoble prisen på en lørdag til søndag overnatning, så de ved godt der kommer mennesker, bare ikke til morgenmaden, hvor alt var et kaos og buffet var tom. Generelt var hotellet slidt, en ud af tre elevatorer kørte ikke, vandet i bruseren var ekstrem svær at indstille temperatur på, håndklædevarmer virkede ikke. Mange småting der bare gjorde hotellet middelmådigt."
