"When we arrived there’s no one in the villa, we just went into the villa as the door was not locked. But there’s no one there so we look every where to find the staff. Luckily there were 2 ladies cleaning the other areas but they said their office didn’t inform them there’s guest coming that period. I showed them my voucher and they agreed to let us stayed. The ladies were nice but when I come back home, I found this hotel double charged me (I already paid through Hotels.com but they charged...

"Once in conversation with Ettore shortly before arrival, the stay was on a good track to be excellent. He gave guidance for the arrival with luggage to be only a short walk. Time was used upon arrival for us to become familiar with the functions of the residence, and this all worked out well. There was also help with points of interest information and guidance for transport that was invaluable. Thank you very much for fond memories during this stay."
