"Our family had a great stay in the cave hotel. Great location and awesome views of the hot air balloons at sunrise. The Buffett breakfast was fantastic and the staff (host Deniz and cook: Meryem) made the great start to the days with wonderful variety of local food!!
The front desk also had available excursions and very helpful.

"It was okay. Not the best.
it was not clean. The toilet, jacuzzi and the bed was really dirty. There was hair on the bed and in the jacuzzi.
There was hairs on the towels too.
The breakfast was old. Its better to eat breakfast outside the hotel.
If you want a hotel with good location and with a view of the balloons, then this is the hotel. But everything else was bad. The staff was super nice. "

..so many tiers and cushions and chair and tables around...plenty of food with panoramic scenes....it is just little section of guarding rails going downstairs is missing otherwise we really enjoyed our stay"
"We really enjoyed our stay here! Breakfast is ok. Staff is so kind and helpful with whatever you need. You really feel welcome here. The location is perfect and you get a beautiful view over the city.
Only minor complaint is, that the poolbar is alcoholfree, which was a bit disappointing.
