"Took a girl scout troop of (6) 16/17 year old girls. Location was perfect for the scouts to walk to nearby restaurants and the beach/boardwalk. Everything in the house worked great! Scouts were able to cook meals and the kitchen provided all the tools they needed. Kitchen windows have views of the beach and boardwalk. Management company was super kind and helpful. One of the best service experienced. Great place and excellent location. Highly recommend."

"My bridesmaids and I stayed in this lovely property before my wedding in Soquel and we adored it. They provided super easy access which was great for a bigger group. Location was 11/10 too. It was nestled in a cute neighborhood away from the main Capitola Village traffic yet a perfect 2 minute walk to everything. So beyond happy we found this place!"

The home was easy to get to, looked exactly like the listing, was extremely clean. Jerry was a welcoming host and graciously allowed us an early check in and late check out. I had some trouble with the gate, but I think it was partially "User error", and Gabriel responded immediately. I was there with my adult children to celebrate my mother's 90th birthday. "This is our 4th year in a row staying here. We come at the end of summer each year and love the location, the house, and big plus for us is that it’s also pet friendly. The owner is personal and very helpful. Super clean and wonderful having beach chairs, wagon, beach towels, and even wet suits in the garage. Location is less than a 5 min walk to a wonderful beach."
