"Our extended family of eight spent a long weekend at the beach to celebrate my mom's 80th birthday. This house was perfect for us. The location is excellent in a quiet neighborhood a two minute walk to the beach. The house itself is clean and well laid out. The kitchen was plenty big for all of us to make breakfast and we used the huge table to play board games. I highly recommend this spot."

"House was in pristine condition and amazingly located. So convenient to town and easy to get to the beach. The stairway above the house is out of order, but the walk down to the beach is very quick and pleasant.Beautiful rooms. One large master sized room with a couple of small patios, one with furniture. "Location is amazing as the house overlooks nice beach with areas for surfers and swimmers. The area is not crowded as there is limited parking in the area. We’ve had plenty of space even for volleyball net. The house was recently remodeled to a very high standard. We’ve enjoyed all recent updates as one of the first guests. However the best part is the sound of the big waves breaking at night as you sleep with open windows. I have trouble sleeping at home and I really caught up on sleep during...

"The house was really nice, updated, very clean, and had beautiful ocean views right from the deck and rooms. It had all of the features that were listed and all of the rooms were comfortable. We could walk right down to the beach and enjoyed the sunsets. We also had fun playing pickleball and basketball. The host, Al, was awesome! He is very responsive, helpful, and was great to rent from!"

"This cottage is a cosey, quiet, and private place with incredible ocean views. It has a well equipped kitchen, all the linens, towels and/or blankets you need, and many games and books. We especially enjoyed walking on the uncrowded and sometimes totally private beach. In addition to small families, I highly recommend it for couples. It was a great and romantic getaway for us."
