"Loved the location of this property. It was walking distance to the beach, shopping, and dining. We had plenty of room for five adults. Shower was very tiny. Had a hard time getting hair wet it was so short. A downfall was that no linens are provided, but works out ok, just don’t forget. Would love to stay here again!!"

"We had an awesome time staying at this Capitola beach condo. The garage was a perfect place to park a single car and not have to fight for parking. The location and view cannot be beat. You do have to climb stairs, so keep that in mind. The bed in the far back bedroom did taco a bit and makes you roll to the middle, but the place was clean. The bathroom toilet needed adjustment as it constantly ran, but we informed the owner. Overall, great location and we hope to rebook. "

"Great location and the property manager is very responsive. The only issue was the last evening there were kids staying in the unit upstairs and they were up running and screaming at 5:30 am and we could hear as if they were in the same room. The door to the upstairs unit needs to have more soundproofing. Other than that we love staying there."
