Newly renovated single family home a five minute walk to Perkins Cove. Settled in the treetops, the home is completely isolated from the world and yet is just a short walk to the ocean, restaurants, and shopping. Enjoy the night sky on the 21'by 21' deck off the main floor or one of the other three decks. Kitchen stocked with Calphalon cookware, Air fryer, Vitamix and all the tools to cook a gourmet meal. Or walk the mere quarter mile to Perkins Cove and enjoy one of the many delicious restaurants. The main center of Ogunquit is only a 20 minute walk away, which can be accessed by trolly during the summer season. After a long day, enjoy the sauna and the soaking tub. Come enjoy the tranquility.

De belles attentions - Accès à la maison avant l’heure prévue - Trousses de produits, format voyage pour chaque invité - Café, chocolat et autres. - Serviettes de plage et tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner et s’amuserUne magnifique grande maison située à quelques pas de Perkins cove.Le seul petit point à améliorer:- graines et mousses au sol, ainsi que dans les armoires de cuisine.(Probablement un oubli)Merci Sara pour ta gentillesse et tes réponses rapides.

Wonderful stay with my family. We loved the location, quiet and private but so close to Perkins Cove. Easy walk to the restaurant/shop area in Ogunquit. The host was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely recommend to others and would stay again ourselves if coming back to Ogunquit!

Wonderful property!

A spectacular place with mutiple decks and so much space! We enjoyed the flexibility of lounging outside and inside. Sara was a great host and responded very quickly to the questions I had. We would love the opportunity to return.

Quiet location near Perkins Cove

Very well-appointed house in a quiet neighborhood, five minutes walk from Perkins Cove. Honestly, we found it walkable to the beach as well because the Marginal Way is easy to follow. However, if you have little kids (ours are teens), it might be more of a challenge walking to the beach. This house is also very dog-friendly--our dog was right at home. The laundry is a huge bonus of course, as are the shower options in the bathrooms. Finally, I would add that the location allows a quick drive to Cape Neddick or York Beach which are both dog-friendly after hours, and allow for a change of scene. My family of five plus our fluffy bear dog loved it!

The house is adorable. Clean, comfortable, well air conditioned, and steps from Perkins cove shops and about a 20 min walk to the Ogunquit commercial area. Sara is very available and attentive to your needs, but the house basically stands on its own. Would absolutely stay here again.

A Slice Of Heaven In The Woods

We loved our stay! The house is gorgeous — nestled in the trees with three lovely decks. The house had all the amenities we could ask for: books, games, and a fantastic music selection that we thoroughly enjoyed while on the primary deck. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bedrooms (and beds) were really comfortable, and the family room was spacious. Of course, we spent most of our time on the decks, which were truly wonderful. The house is a really easy walk to Perkins Cove and Marginal Way.

Everything you could ask for in a VRBO. The location was close to so much but secluded as well. Plenty of room for a group to spread out: living, dining, porch decks and chairs in upstairs bedrooms. Kitchen stocked with nuce dishes, stemware, utensils, cookware and very nice assortment of glassware for adult beverages! Exactly as described and pictured!

Lovely home in a great location!

Our family of four had a great stay in this house! The house is wonderful - the bedrooms are spacious and we enjoyed relaxing in the sunroom and on the many decks. The house is nestled in the trees which give it a private and cozy feel, yet the location is perfect - an easy walk to Perkins Cove and a short drive to all the Ogunquit beaches and sites. The host was flexible when I needed to change our reservation dates, and responsive when we had a small issue at check in that she promptly fixed. Overall, a great stay!

Beautiful peaceful space. All amenities. Walking distance to Perkins Cove. Host was responsive to inquiries. One room with no A/C but not a deal breaker. Parking tricky but not unmanageable. Easy check in and out.Great books. Great games. Finished the Frida puzzle. Sitting porch great for reading. Comfy beds. Plenty of towels.

Fabulous vacation!!

Everything was perfect for our stay. The owner really went out of her way to add little touches that made you feel right at home. The private spot and proximity to Perkins Cove were fabulous. We would definitely rent again.

Excellent Vacation

Overall it was fantastic. The house was well equipped with regular household items, plenty of games and books, space for everyone and A/C (always nice on a hot day). The added complimentary items were a nice gesture and very much appreciated! The bathrooms were meticulous and a nice treat at the end of a long day. I would definitely stay here again!

Great House, Beautiful Town

This is a very clean, well maintained and well equipped house. Little snacks are appreciated! Perfect for us (couple with an adult child). Easy walking distance to Perkins Cove with several good restaurants, and reasonable walk to Ogunquit, via the Marginal Way is very picturesque. Easy check in and communication.

A little get-away

A beautiful house located in a perfect spot. Sara was quick to answer all our questions and we had a wonderul time. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, the kichen had everything needed to cook and was within walking ditance to perkins cove. We loved it!

We had a lovely 3 night stay at Sara’s place. The house was great for our family of 4 adults and 1 child. We primarily enjoyed the close proximity to Perkins Cove and the great outdoor deck. We look forward coming back soon!

Couples Birthday Fun

We had an amazing time at this property. The host was absolutely wonderful and even took the additional steps of leaving a birthday card and putting up a birthday banner. The house was beautiful, the amenities were excellent and everything was fully stocked. The house was perfect for the 6 couples. Having stayed in other properties in the past - we were concerned about parking - but we were able to comfortably park 3 large SUVs (Outback, Forester, and VW Atlas) without any issue. Definitely would reserve this property again!

Delightfully cozy

So convenient and wonderfully comfortable. All the bedrooms were snuggly and balconies for days….the outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing and I used the sunroom as a home office with a view. Fully stocked kitchen which we didn’t get to use but have to mention how impressed I was at the pie weights which made me want to bake! Tucked in the trees just steps always from the cove - adorable perfection!

Great stay even though the weather didn’t cooperate!

This was a great rental for our family. There was plenty of space for all 5 of us to have our own space and spread out. We did spend more time at the house than intended due to the rainy weather and there were plenty of nice touches that made this more enjoyable for us, including an expansive CD collection and stereo, many board games, and stocked kitchen with many needed items to make eating in an option. This house was also in an excellent location and only a short 5 min walk to Perkins Cove and the Marginal Way. Honestly, everything was within walking distance including the beach (approx 20 min walk). There is a great deck and 4 season room on the main level that makes you feel like you are nestled in the trees. I had my coffee there each morning while sitting and listening to the birds. Sara, our host, was readily accessible by text and answered all of our questions quickly.

Location Location

Location of this home is incredible, 5 minute walk to Perkins Cove, 15-20 to downtown area, 5 minutes to Marginal Way. Peaceful and quiet location. Great outdoor spaces, parking a little tight and in woods. Tight if you have large vehicle, neighbor at end of road drives thru likes it’s a freeway so be cautious. Home has 3 decks, it is well updated, new furniture and comfortable beds. Only downside is that beautiful soaker tub could not be used as there was not enough hot water to even fill half way. Owners communication was incredible from before renting to during. Gave us one free night for not being able to use soaker. It was the reason we were attracted to rental. Again location, location location says it all. Great house with lots of potential. You can tell lots of love has gone into it this family home. Little more clean up to open parking area and a tankless hot water heater and this place will be complete.

Great place, close to Perkins Cove!

This place is such a great location! Walkable to Perkins Cove, the place to be, as well as great restaurants and beautiful views! Sara's place is comfortable and well appointed. The deck is beautiful both day and night. The bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms, new and luxurious. Sara left lovely treats for us and my dog. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need, if you chose to stay in. It was so quiet, a lovely place to relax and revive. I would definitely recommend this peaceful retreat.
