"The house is in an excellent location if you want to get around to restaurants or the beach but also tucked away for a quiet neighborhood experience. The house itself is big with plenty of living spaces. We loved the coffee bar and it was very well stocked. The fireplace was nice to have for our February stay. We are frequent visitors to the area to visit our child while in college and we always rent a home to make it easier to bring the furry members of our family and allow us to cook our meals to address allergies. "Stayed here for two nights while visiting at UNH. Location wise was about 20 minutes from the campus which was an easy commute. The best part was how spacious the house was. Lots of beds which was great for our large group. House was clean, well stocked and the basement set up for watching tv was amazing. The host was awesome to deal with, very responsive and checked in to make sure things were going well. Would stay again! "

The house is equipped with Roku tv and the bathroom has a heater. Cons: Zero response from the owner despite multiple direct messages through VRBO. Had to call customer service to get check in instructions - never got any for check out. Other: I’m glad I read prior reviews and knew the property was right next to neighbors and at the end...
