"This was a last minute trip planned to Cape May. The Staff took great care of us even when we arrived before the Expedia reservation was sent to hotel. John took extremely good care to get us checked in properly. Additionally; his breakfasts prepared each morning gave us energy for the day. Highly recommend."

Instead, she immediately pushed the bill in front of us and demanded payment. What a start to a lousy stay at this cramped and uncomfortable hotel.
