"The space is adorable and well appointed. It was freezing cold out, the place has no insulation and there was no heat source. A space heater would have made a world of difference. There was also a lot of noise from construction going on above and adjacent to me and I was quite surprised when the water had been turned off for several hours in the middle of the day. The construction guys explained that I should have been notified but I was not. "

"Great location within a neighborhood. Host was very helpful with recommendations, as well as supplying everything we may have needed for the trip, even including dog treats, bowls, and a toy! Location came with helpful tips leaving no questions unanswered. The separate yard was useful with the dog and it was nice to have that access. Overall great host and experience - would highly recommend, especially those with dogs! "

"Room was in a great location close to the beach. Very clean, nice deck, right across from Vineyard Sound. Really enjoyed our stay."

"The space was exactly what we wanted while staying in Ptown! The loft was well organized and clean. The location was wonderful for walking to and from restaurants, shops and the beach access. Would highly recommend!"

"This was a beautifully appointed unit that was sparking clean. Our host was welcoming and easy to communicate with. We would be happy to stay here again!"

"We had a great stay in a great location. We love Ptown and this space was perfect for what we needed. It’s not a big space, perfect for 1 or 2 people. The narrow stairs going up to the bedroom wasn’t our favorite feature, but the king sized bed was super comfortable and we slept well while we were there. All in all it was a very fun and relaxing stay. "

"A perfect stay for our anniversary trip! The property is small, but was perfect for the two of us. The location was great, walking distance to the main area of Commercial Street but away from the noise. We woke up each morning to the wonderful smells of the bakery right below us (Relish), which tasted as good as it smelled. Jason was very communicative and responded promptly to any questions. "My husband and I love the Cape, however this was our first time staying in Falmouth. The room was adequate for our needs. The location to the beach was perfect, and the amazing restaurant located on the property was an extra perk. It was great to watch various age groups enjoy the baseball field throughout the day. Bring your sneakers because the area is great for walking! We would definately stay here again."

"Det var en uhyrlig oplevelse. Vi fik 3 værelser i stueplan og ALLE lugtede så ekstremt fælt at vi straks klagede. Forslag fra receptionist: I kan få en lugtfrisker..... vi kan se om I kan få nye værelser i morgen. Vi besluttede at finde andet hotel Den kemiske lugt, blandet med lugten af urin gjorde at vi absolut IKKE ville overnatte blot én nat ! Da vi havde fundet nyt hotel var receptionen lukket hvorfor vi ikke kunne give besked om vores beslutning. Hotellet ville derfor ikke tilbagebetale for den første nat. ABSOLUT ikke et sted jeg vil anbefale. "
