"My daughter and I had a great stay!"

"Great host, great place!"

"Clear instructions and accurate description of the property. Perfect for a quick overnight! And loved the cats:)"

"Perfect for weekend get away for a wedding - was glad to be able to bring our diabetic dog who requires insulin shots 2x/day. Would recommend adding another mirror - everything else was perfect!"

"We travel to this area of Cape Cod almost every year and we love it! The location of this unit is good if you are okay with being a little bit off the water. Braemar is a quiet area. The pool is very nice and the sitting area in the back is peaceful. We do a lot of our cooking in and the kitchen could use a few upgrades. I wouldn’t say that I agree that it’s a well stocked kitchen but you can definitely make it work. You may want to bring a frying pan, some spoons, bowls and a full size coffee...

"Great place to stay! Close to everything!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this property! The place was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and completely updated throughout. The host was very responsive - answering our call just minutes before arrival and quickly helping with any questions we had. Check-in was a breeze, the neighbors downstairs were friendly, and the cleaning lady was lovely. While the trees block most of the ocean view, it didn’t bother us at all since we spent 98% of our time right down on the beach. The complimentary...

"Great location and perfect for traveling with a dog!"

"The place was very nice and in a great central location and very convenient. Took a moment for me to discover that there were Murphy beds. I suggest you put a little sign or instructions. Place was very clean, well decorated and well equipped for cooking and a longer stay than mine. Wished it had parking, but public parking was pretty nearby. I had my bike and locked it there. Overall too brief but a nice stay."

"This place was fantastic! The location was great! I loved going down to the dock every morning to wake up. The hot tub was relaxing after a day on the beach. And the local restaurants were fabulous! We would totally go there again!"

"Location and premises…"

"We loved our vacation and staying right on Commercial Street! The view of the water was amazing, and even though you’re right in the center of town near all the shops, restaurants, and the beach, it was actually super quiet inside. The place had everything we needed—a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room/space, laundry access, and a great parking spot nearby. The neighbors were really friendly, and it was super dog friendly for our pup. They even had a giant dog bed! We had a blast kayaking and...

"The unit itself was very clean. Bed very comfy!! Kitchen well stocked with the essential appliances & utensils. Hall/Stairs carpets could have been cleaner. We did get our steps in! If you are not able to do steps the Bell Tower is not for you. The private Roof top sun deck to this unit was a nice surprise & had two comfy sun loungers, umbrella , small dine table & two chairs. There are plenty of beach chairs and sand umbrellas in fantastic condition for guest use. Perhaps a cooler in unit for...

"Great location. The beach access is great. Very convenient that the rental is pet friendly."
