"This is a beautiful cozy cottage, perfect for a small family. Centrally located on the Cape close to a lot of sights and attractions. There is a beach and restaurant within walking distance. My granddaughters and I had a great stay this summer."

"We had a great experience the four nights we stayed at Whale Song. Tara provides everything needed plus more for a great stay in Cape Cod. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet and you’re a quick walk/run to the Salt Pond visitor center which was fun to explore. Also a short drive to some of the best beaches on the Atlantic cost (Marconi and Nauset). Can’t say enough good things about this BnB for two!"

"Place was great for us and the kids. It's small but enough room where you don't feel cooped up and ar bumping into eachother. House is clean and stocked with everything you need (linens, towels, beach supplies and even sunscreen) unlike many other places. Beach was great at high tide to swim. Low tide was nice but had to walk really far out to cool off. Was happy to have AC/minisplit to cool off with this heat. Would definitely come again."

"Cottage was impeccably clean with some new updates from our last visit in 2023. Owner was very easy to work with and responded quickly to inquiries. Location, of course, was absolutely perfect, with easy access to the outer Cape and the National Seashore beaches. This was our 3rd visit and we recommend it highly."

"Location and value could not have been beat.. With no more than a 1-2 minute walk to the beach.. The unit was clean and tidy when we arrived.. It had everything we needed and more. The host is extremely responsive and helpful..Now for the slight nuances, the place slightly loud if you have loud neighbours, but nothing that turning on the ac can't help to drown out the noise,I would definitely come back here, the price is unbeatable"

"Perfect place for our nine day Cape Cod adventures! Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The cottage itself was adorable and very comfortable. We enjoyed the outside deck, the firing, the boat dock, chairs, and I even took the kayak out twice, which was very, beautiful and relaxing. We only did breakfasts at the cottage, but the kitchen had everything we needed. The best part of the cottage for us were the E bikes!! We did so many bike trails with them, and even took them on the...

"Great week in Maushop Village. This is the fourth different unit we’ve stayed in, and definitely the best location so far. Right across from the stairs to the beach, and a 2 min walk with the wagon down the path to the beach. The grassy area next door was also great for kids to play, and the road loop around the unit is quiet enough for bikes and scooters. The unit was clean and quiet, and worked well for two adults and two kids. Thanks for the 2025 Maushop beach memories!"

"Check-in was super easy. Tara was great to communicate with. This place had everything anyone would ever need. Beds are super comfy. Place is super clean. The pond is gorgeous. The house is setup so cute. The week flew by. One of my favorite places at the cape and we’ve been coming here at different places for the past 25 years. Love this place. Love heart of cape cod. Awesomely dog friendly."

"Cosy retreat with pond view. Great for canoeing with the dog. Sweet porch for reading and morning coffee. Tara was an excellent host who communicated immediately and went well above and beyond to correct an issue that was out of her control.A great central location that allowed us to roam freely to our favorite beaches, hikes, and restaurants. We will gladly return in the future. "

"Tara communicated throughout the our stay to make the it quick and easy. The cottage is very clean, has more than adequate supplies for longer stays. Has various information pamphlets, cleaning supplies, games for kids. Nothing negative even comes to mind about our stay. Would and will use again! Thank you Tara"

"It was a wonderful few days. The house is nice, cozy, and small, with a very great few of the sunset. (People from the beach were envious of the location of those swing-chairs!!!) The space in the house is very well-organized, nice, and clean. All you need is a very handy present in the right spots. Personally, it was a little bit too hot in the small bedroom without some sort of small fan, but the weather was very hot too. "

"The place is exactly as described. Very clean and well stocked. The AC works great and the hot tub is refreshing. It’s about a half mile walk to the public beach entrance. My only advice to future renters: download the check-in information before you arrive (the cell service is really bad there, so you’ll need the wifi to do anything). Also, if you’re planning to use the sofa bed, bring your own blankets. What’s provided is not sufficient for an adult. "

"Det var en uhyrlig oplevelse. Vi fik 3 værelser i stueplan og ALLE lugtede så ekstremt fælt at vi straks klagede. Forslag fra receptionist: I kan få en lugtfrisker..... vi kan se om I kan få nye værelser i morgen. Vi besluttede at finde andet hotel Den kemiske lugt, blandet med lugten af urin gjorde at vi absolut IKKE ville overnatte blot én nat ! Da vi havde fundet nyt hotel var receptionen lukket hvorfor vi ikke kunne give besked om vores beslutning. Hotellet ville derfor ikke tilbagebetale for den første nat. ABSOLUT ikke et sted jeg vil anbefale. "
