"We absolutely loved our stay! Cottage was perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, with two decks to spend time outside and enjoy the yard & marsh view. We had everything we needed - well equipped kitchen and grill, and of course the outdoor shower - a must for a visit to the cape! We’re hoping to book again for our vacation next year! "

"We felt like we were far away from everything but in 5 minutes by car we were at a shopping center and great restaurants. The boathouse loft was well appointed with everything we needed. The owner was welcoming to us and our dog. Amazing view of Swan Pond, a beautiful little salt water estuary we kayaked & paddle-boarded on. Easy access to multiple town beaches & the national seashore beaches! Loved our week-long stay & will be back. "

"Great little cottage. Perfect location to walk to beach, Main st Hyannis, Cape Cod baseball league game, and harbor. Backyard space was more of a front yard so not much privacy. Wished they had a couple beach chairs for use. Overall, it was a good spot and I would rent again for a short visit."

"Det var en uhyrlig oplevelse. Vi fik 3 værelser i stueplan og ALLE lugtede så ekstremt fælt at vi straks klagede. Forslag fra receptionist: I kan få en lugtfrisker..... vi kan se om I kan få nye værelser i morgen. Vi besluttede at finde andet hotel Den kemiske lugt, blandet med lugten af urin gjorde at vi absolut IKKE ville overnatte blot én nat ! Da vi havde fundet nyt hotel var receptionen lukket hvorfor vi ikke kunne give besked om vores beslutning. Hotellet ville derfor ikke tilbagebetale for den første nat. ABSOLUT ikke et sted jeg vil anbefale. "
