"Quiet, clean, close to beach. My husband and I stayed with another couple and appreciated having our own bathrooms. Walked to Preacher Bar one night, Fish Camp Grill (a little further - short uber) the second night. Also really short walk to budget car rental for drop off or pickup. I’ll likely be back with my two teen boys if we want to be close to cocoa beach and/or before/after a cruise. "

"My group and I had a wonderful staying at this beautiful home for our vacation. It was a close walk to the beach and had boogie boards and chairs for us to use at the which was very appreciated. It was very clean, had a fully stocked kitchen, and containd all the amenities we needed. I would be advised that the trundle bed didn't have a mattress with it and that Florida homes are prone to bugs, even this one, so be careful what food you leave out."

"The AC was not working, spoke to the property management and instructions were not helpful. As if the instructions were for a different AC unit since I was ask to preform task on the unit itself. Which did not match the unit 75 degrees downstairs and worse upstairs. Going to be a terrible night."

"This property looked great from the outside, but the interior definitely needs updating. Pros-Size, upstairs bedrooms, nice fully equipped kitchen, garage for car and pet friendly. Cons-Living room couches filthy(we didn’t sit on), water pressure in showers horrible, tv remotes didn’t work(no batteries) and tv only streaming/no cable, balcony nice but only 2 chairs. Fortunately we spent most of our stay sightseeing and not much time at the condo. The area is nice and if we had another unit...

"The home was exactly as advertised! The perfect weekend spot to relax, unwind & enjoy the beach. Beds were comfortable and the outdoor patio was a great spot to hang out late in the afternoon. The only advice I could offer would be to have room darkening blinds/shades in the bedroom as the rooms are very bright in the morning. We will be back!"

Even though the location is great, there are some issues like the shower of the main bathroom was blocked, no wine glasses.The check out time at 10:00 AM is too early; I asked the owner for a 12:0 check-out and he pretended to charge me 40 for that"
