The Space:

Two minutes from the sand, you're close enough to hear the ocean and far enough to come home to something quiet. This Cape Canaveral townhouse gives you three bedrooms, a fenced backyard, and a fully stocked kitchen - everything your group needs to move at your own pace along Florida's Space Coast.

Living & dining

The open layout keeps things easy. Natural light fills the living room, which flows into a dedicated dining area where the whole group can gather. A ceiling fan keeps things comfortable, and the TV is ready when you want to wind down after a day out. There's also a dedicated workspace if anyone needs to stay on top of work while traveling.

Sleeping arrangements

The three bedrooms sleep up to six guests comfortably. The primary suite features a King bed with a private en suite bathroom. The two remaining bedrooms each have a Queen bed, and a shared 2.5 bathrooms serve the home throughout - including a bathtub, hair dryer, and all the essentials.

Kitchen

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home - refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and a hot water kettle. Cooking basics, dishes, wine glasses, and baking sheets are all included. The BBQ grill and barbecue utensils are ready for backyard use whenever you want to fire things up.

Laundry & practical details

A washer and dryer are in the home, along with an iron, hangers, clothing storage, and extra pillows and blankets. Bed linens and towels are provided. Free garage parking is available on the premises, with free street parking as well. Self check-in via smart lock makes arrival simple. Long-term stays are welcome.

Backyard

Step outside to a fenced backyard with outdoor furniture and a patio - a comfortable spot for morning coffee, evening meals, or simply relaxing. The BBQ grill is set up and ready for use.

The beach is a 2-minute walk away, and the home comes stocked with beach towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - so you can head straight there without a stop at a rental shop.

You're in Cape Canaveral, on Florida's Space Coast - 20 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and within easy reach of Cocoa Beach, local dining, shops, and Port Canaveral. Orlando is also accessible from here for a day trip if you want to extend the adventure.

Getting Around:

Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.



Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)
