One-bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a private fenced garden. It can accommodate up to five guests, and the building offers a shared outdoor swimming pool, located only 360mt from the sea. The property is composed of a living area with a kitchenette, a dining table, a double sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed plus a single bed, and a full bathroom with a shower box and a washing machine. It comes with one uncovered parking spot. A/C is available at an additional cost (check below).°Swimming pools are open seasonally (mid June/early September): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.
