Dyrt hotel i forhold til service
Alt i alt fint hotel på Croissetten. Dyrt i forhold til service. Virkede underbemandet og til tider ventede man meget længe på service. Positivt: poolen, morgenmaden, concierge service, baren og den virkelig gode italienske restaurant på hotellet. Negativt: beach club’en som var svinedyr og havde en ubehøvlet og langsom service. Havde forudbestilt fødselsdagskage til min søn, som skulle være uden nødder pga allergi, alligevel var der nødder på. De glemte 2 stk bagage vi havde fået opbevaret, da de skulle pakke vores bil, så måtte bruge 1/2 dag på at køre tilbage efter det.

Cannes mest unikke hotel
Et af Cannes ypperste hoteller, med fornuftig størrelse værelser, sublim service og en unik beliggenhed og Beach bar👍 Prisniveauet er dog lidt højt på services og restauranterne generelt, så det skal man være indstillet på.

Front-desk Isabelle provides first class service
I enjoyed a one night stay at your hotel which was up to all standards, as expected. But the breakfast price of EUR40 and up, made me skip the morning meal. A very positive was the check-in: I was early and yet Isabelle made a great and effective effort in finding me a top notch room - it took some time but was worth every minute spent

Not worth the price at all :-(
I have paid for a nice J. suit with panorama sea view for 5 days but I got a small room with sea view from the corner. I wanted to move to another hotel but they did not gave my money back. I felt captured. I had to pay almost 10000 euro extra to get the suit with sea view that I have already paid almost 14000 euro for. I had the nice suit only for 3 days. It is not ok.

Historic hotel. Nice rooms. Not big not small when just a superiore. Bathrooms a little smal. Hotel bar extremely expensive - a beer 20 €.

Fantastisk charmerende og atmosfærefyldt hotel, med absolut bedste beliggenhed. Dog gå ikke efter et af de små værelser, for de er nemlig ikke særlige store.

Absolut topklasse med fantastisk beliggenhed
Majestic Barriere er bare helt i top på alle parametre. Super beliggenhed og service i meget høj standard. Vi tilbragte en uges sommerferie på hotellet sammen med vores søn på 4 år, og man føler sig virkelig velkommen og der var i øvrigt en fin lille velkomstgave til den lille. Alt i alt et fremragende hotel. det hele spiller, og det får man også lov til at betale for...

fantastisk hotel-dårlig service reseption
nogle medlemmer af reseptionsstaben var utrolig langsomme fibrilske og langsomme og i poolbaren/området tog det 30 min og 3 forskellige medarbejders, at få saveret lidt scanch-der mangler en inspektør med overblik. Ellles et pragtfuldt hotel, dejlig main restaurant og perfekt beliggenhed.

The hotel is beautiful and in an excellent location. The room, though very small, was decorated tastefully and well equipped. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. Don’t go here for the Expedia perks. The arrogant young man at reception informed me that “we don’t honour that” when we checked in. A good portion of the staff share his snooty air unfortunately. The rest seem well trained and professional.

Allt var bra!
Underbar lyxig vistelse med uppgraderat rum. Fin säsong i början av november med bra pris och sol. Frukosten mycket bra, saknade ingenting. Middagen i restaurangen också utmärkt. Dyrt men det var vi förberedda på. Fantastisk service och trevlig personal.
Tillreddes vid bordet. Utmärkt.
Förrätt, ansjovis, att dela på två. Mycket gott!

Amazing. The detail and location are top notch. They keep falconery experts which have trained hawks, usung them to fly around to ward off any seagulls. That is the level of attention to the customer experience we are talking about here. The concierge breifly heard me mention that it was our honeymoon, and within hours there was complimentary champage and macroons in the room. The rooms also feel much bigger in person than the picture gives justice.
