The condominium boasts an exceptional location, mere steps away from a diverse array of amenities. Within a short distance, guests can enjoy an abundance of dining options, the Forum shopping center, renowned nightlife venues such as Coco Bongo, Daddy O, and The City, as well as cafes like Starbucks. Additionally, pharmacies, the upscale Chedraui Selecto supermarket, artisanal shops at Mercado Negro, and a bus station are all conveniently nearby.
Guest access
Guests will enjoy the following facilities at the condominium: infinity pools seamlessly connected with the sea, perfect for capturing incredible photos; one of them features a jacuzzi and the other includes a drinks bar. Additionally, we offer direct beach access, massage services and surf lessons available at an extra cost, a palapa with drinks and music, a à la carte restaurant with ocean views, free parking, and 24-hour security seven days a week, ensuring a delightful experience throughout your stay.
Other things to note
The lobby/reception is the only private area and is not accessible, as it belongs exclusively to the hotel.

Visitor access is permitted under certain conditions. The number of visitors must be limited, the visiting hours are from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and prior notice is required for registration and wristband issuance. It is important to note that visitors only have access to common areas and not to the rooms. Coordination in advance is essential to avoid any inconveniences.

Check-in is scheduled for 3:00 PM. If you wish to check in earlier, an additional fee will be charged based on the number of hours. An entry guided by a host is necessary, so coordinating schedules is essential to avoid any issues.

If you wish to add extra guests for accommodation who are not specified in your original reservation, a fee of $20 to $30 USD per person will apply.

In the area around both pools, there are loungers and umbrellas available at no cost. On the beach, these services are offered by a beach club, with a fee of $550 MXN per person, which can be reimbursed through food and beverage consumption.
