"Comfy beds, clean cute and modern, I love everything about this little place. Easy check in even though it’s basically virtual they communicated clearly and quickly about my room and door code. Only thing was there was a container of someone else’s snack leftover in my mini fridge when I arrived I just threw it out. I love the real coffee mugs in the room that’s a nice touch."

"To start they gave 2 bath towels , 1 wash cloth( q guess we were supposed to share ) and one hand towel and nothing to step out of the shower on. They had an attitude when I asked for more and I told them they could write down what they gave me I wasn’t going to steal them. Needless to say I didn’t get another wash cloth. "This place was a gem. It’s small and surrounded by nature but close to restaurants, shopping, wildlife viewing areas, and historical sites. I loved that pets are free. The grounds were nice with a picnic bench and a large fire pit. If I’m in the area again, I would definitely stay here."

"Stayed there for a small ski trip. Apart from a slightly boring breakfast, everything about the hotel was fine - from good parking spaces to clean and tidy rooms, to very friendly and helpful staff. And a well-stocked sundries as well. Heard lots of families with small children in a good mood, and the pool seemed to be a big hit. Will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Ski Butternut!"

"This is a large inn in a remote rural area. I spent three nights in the inn. My biggest complaint is the food service. There’s a restaurant affiliated to the Inn. The food options are very limited. I ordered six chicken wings and found out inside the wing is cold and the wind is not even fully cooked. It took them some time for the replacement. This time they did it right."
