"Everything is nearby at walking distance. Central train station being directly downstairs made my morning commute easy. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my boyfriend’s vehicle was broken into at Rice Howard parkade even though the car was only there one night. They also charge $20 a night. If possible I would avoid parking the vehicle in the immediate area and instead take the train after parking in a safer location because the train is very convenient. "

"I came from toronto for a week and it was a lovely place equipped with everything to make me feel at home.. communication was great with the host, any problems we had, he replied to all calls and msgs quickly. View was nice."

"This unit was great! The location is close to lots of downtown and grocery/liquor/coffee stores. Bonus points for undergrojnd parking if you need a car as the street has a time limit. Unit was clean and spacious - more than enough room for 4 people and 6 if necessary. Host communication was great - we had a super late check in and paul had no problem with it. Building is secure and quiet! Only hiccup was the wifi didnt work great but we visited between snow storms."

"I have stayed here before and was happy to stay here again! Close to downtown and stampede grounds so we could walk to our event. The host Paul had excellent communication and is very helpful. There were 5 adults this trip and we all were happy and comfortable. Thanks again Paul for a wonderful stay!"

"Is a great condo with amazing city views ( was on the 4th floor ) in a great location just behind 10th St by Red's Diner. The only issue was the TV's , I could stream YouTube music but no YouTube, Prime, or Netflix because people have already signed into their actual accounts on the Roku's, so once you go to cast, it pops up with someone else's account that you can't obviously control. We were there overnight so it didn't bother us since we were out most of the time, more of a comment if...

"The location is ideal. Walking distance to many downtown locations. Underground parking was great with some cold mornings and snow."

"Other than the wine not being available and no robes that were in the listing, we had an absolutely amazing time. Beautiful decor. Gorgeous views. Easy communication with the host check in was a breeze. Definitely a must stay if you were in Calgary. Also bed is very comfortable and super soft plus the soaker tub was absolutely amazing"

"We were pleased with all that the condo itself had to offer. All communications with Chris were answered promptly, and satisfactorily. The condo was well stocked, and laundry facilities were ideal. Access was easily accomplished. We were glad to be able to park underground in secure parking."

"Background: I just sold a farm due to divorce. I ordered the apartment unsure what I was going into. Upon arrival, the staff was prompt in ensuring access. When I walked in, the decor was completely country esthetic. It was comforting and comfortable. The instructions were easy to follow to gain access. The apartment was clean and cozy. It felt like a home away from home. If I had any issues or questions the staff were quick to respond to me. The price was very reasonable for the duration I...
