"We (a family of 7 persons - 6 adults and 1 baby) arrived late and had an easy check in and went to sleep early. Our flight from Copenhagen to Tampa took 19 hours so we were very tired. Next moning we woke up early and made us ready to check out and then we spent some hours at the pool and had breakfast in the poolbar. We have stayed at Saiport Waterport before and that time it was for several days. This time it was just a stopover as we had planned to visit Fort Myers this time. "

"Pool was dirty. The alarm clock in the room woke everyone up at 6 am the first morning. Advertised for free breakfast, that wasn't true. We got a 30 dollar voucher and kids were free, still had to pay s service fee and for orange juice, so ended up paying 25 dollar each morning for breakfast."

"The hotel did not live up to the pictures at all. Everything was old and worn. It felt dirty and not clean. It was extremely noisy, and there was free access to the rooms from the street, which made us feel unsafe. We were woken up in the middle of the night by someone banging loudly on the door. We had a beautiful view from the rooms with a balcony, and the beach is beautiful as in the whole area. We were expecting a 4-star hotel as it was priced accordingly, but it is by no means one. Not recommended, especially not for families with children."
