"You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant...

"The Sands was a fine hotel but they fell short in several areas. Staff was generally unfriendly- specifically restaurant, store and front desk. There was an ant problem outside the room each night and we did find a few ants in our room. Room layout is awesome! Location also helpful. We like a resort feel and felt The Sands did a poor job of making guests feel pampered. Was very difficult to get beach service and when we did it arrived in a paper takeout bag. Also, there are very few game...
