"What a beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay here. There’s a reason it’s a 5-star resort! We were able to walk to the local fish fry but everywhere else was convenient with a quick taxi ride away. The hotel has taxi’s waiting in the parking lot so it’s easy to have a car waiting at any point. We enjoyed the swim up pool bar and grabbing a beach chair was so easy! "The shower head was something like a pool side wash off shower. That needs to be upgraded .Everything else was a plus!! The Jamaican young lady at the front desk was very vibrant her smiles lite the whole place up. I feel welcome. I will be back !!!"

"The staff is very friendly, service was excellent from second we got onto property. We stayed in building 4,was wonderful! the cleaning and towel checks were done even twice a day! The 1-bedroom unit was big and had everything we needed inside. Only thing we didnt like in the unit, the fridge door was impossible to open at times, it goes into a lock mode, that should be disabled if possible.
The grill outside-one was not working (no gas tank), one had a broken handle,but we were still able to...

Highlighted by our Butler, Garey. He and others went above and beyond, to accommodate us during our stay. As a Single, couple and or Family trip this is the place for you!!! 10 out of 10 I will be staying here again on our next trip to Turks!!!"
