I ask for a refund on one of my rooms due, to the fact my sister passport was stolen. I was no because you booked threw Expedia it does not matter I paid for rooms. The manager from Expedia emailed the manager, and the manager was to slack and rude to respond"

Special thanks to property manager Nicola, she helped us with changing our reservation to better accommodate my husband needs who is disabled. Worked out perfect! "Sibonné Beach Hotel was a quaint resort in the middle of high rise resorts. The smaller size hotel guaranteed a less crowded feel. Never had to fight over beach chairs or dining space. The beach was perfect and clean. The hotel kitty Sydney was friendly and so sweet. The food at Bistro Bay was excellent and the waitstaff were exceptional. I would highly recommend staying here over the other high traffic resorts!"
