"Westbay one of my favorite places to go to. This is my second year. The staff is amazing. It was really nice to come back and see that everybody was still working there. The Chef Maria, can’t say enough about her cooking. She’s the best. Servers, front desk everyone has such a beautiful attitude and makes your stay very welcomed. This is a very nice property and I love the privateness specially on the beach. I will continue to return."

"Location is great. Beach is great. Seven stars is generally lovely. We were having a great time. But then they used very strong chemicals in the ajoining unit in the middle of our stay so our entire unit wreaked of toxic chemicals. It took multiple complaints to get them to look into it and then multiple hours to “resolve” the issue which meant moving us to a new smaller room that was extremely hot late at night. "We enjoyed our stay at this boutique hotel. Beautiful pool, clean rooms (I am very picky about cleanliness). There is a golf cart that takes you to and from the beach which is a 3 min ride. The hotel has chairs and umbrellas set up on the beach. I will say if you get there later than 11am all the chairs are taken, but we just got there early. "Neptune Villas was almost too good to be true - our villa was enormous & comfortable and had a private pool & wrap around deck. We got the space we needed and close to remote beautiful beaches. It was perfect for our family & with a rental car we saw everything we wanted to in Grace Bay & golfing & Da Conch Shell etc. Would definitely stay again!"
