The Space:

This residence is a spacious 3-bedroom lock-off with a thoughtfully planned layout, located within the coveted 1 Homes Cabo, on the fourth floor of Building Seven, offering direct ocean views to Land’s End and marina views from two expansive terraces, each with its own plunge pool.



The prime location combines privacy and walkable access to the marina, dining, and the Cabo lifestyle. Residents enjoy access to resort-style amenities, including pools, wellness and fitness facilities, concierge services, and on-site dining.



The residence offers 2,616 AC sq ft of interior living space and 3,688.26 total sq ft, with seamless indoor-outdoor living throughout. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame open views of the Sea of Cortez, Land’s End, and the marina, filling the residence with natural light.

The open living and dining area connects to the ocean-facing terrace and is complemented by a gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances and a generous breakfast bar. A laundry area and additional storage are conveniently located.



The primary bedroom offers direct ocean views, sliding glass doors to the terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and owner’s closets. The second bedroom features two double beds, an en-suite bathroom, and access to an expansive L-shaped terrace with marina views. The third bedroom, part of the lock-off configuration, includes a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette, independent access, and access to the L-shaped terrace with a plunge pool offering marina, city lights, and sunset views. There are two plunge pools, one on the marina side terrace and the other on the ocean view terrace offering relaxing views.

Check in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 11:00am. Please observe that smoking, hosting events, and bringing pets are not permitted.
