"Clean very large room, lovely pool. Coffee could be better, wifi was very spotty, restaurant was expensive and not very good. No hot water in the room for showers. "

"The resort is decent, but definitely is in need of some TLC. At one time this must have been a top notch place to stay, but everything is looking a little tired. The staff is friendly and they do keep the grounds manicured and in good condition. The food is decent with good portions and reasonably priced. The beach and ocean was the highlight of our stay. "Hotel is a little older, but very well maintained. For an all-inclusive we were very positively surprised by the quality and selection of food - and the service was excellent across the hotel. Only reason why it does not get a perfect 5 star rating is that we had a charge of 4.500 MXN (225 USD) on our room that we did not agree with. The front desk agent said that this was something we have to talk with a supervisor about, "but they are all in a meeting, so you have to pay now"."

"Aware I was charged about $60 EXTRA at check in . I’ve never been charged that much in check in ever and that was a huge surprise that I didn’t appreciate, def I would recommend to find a way to tell the guest before booking that they wil be charged that much. The food is mediocre and needs to leveled up. My bathroom shower was clogged when showering. Other than that the rest was absolutely stunning and perfect . Thank you "
