"The property was just as advertised...beautiful, stylish, comfortable and accessible. The communication with the host was excellent. From check-in to check-out, things could not have gone more smoothly. Our family vacation included our grandsons and it can be difficult to impress young people but they were. "Super clean and the beds were very comfortable. Full length mirrors in both bedrooms and excellent lighting meant that one bathroom worked even for two adults traveling together.The location was perfect for our trip, which was about both Georgetown and the standard Washington tourist fare. Hosts were incredibly responsive and open to suggestions to make this place even better.Perfect for our needs!"

"I will definitely hope to stay here again when plans bring me back to the area. The place is well-located, impeccably clean, and had everything I needed. There are a few things to know; there are steps to get to the unit, so it’s not ADA friendly. If you are a group of two or more, be aware there is only enough hot water for one shower; you’ll have to negotiate timing with your fellow travelers. Also, you have no control over the thermostat; I would have preferred to choose my own comfort level....

"Great neighborhood, quiet, safe w good restaurants in the area. The house was well stocked for families inclusive of high chair and pack and play. The outside patio was great to grab a little sunshine and coffee in the morning. And really appreciated the prompt and real time communication with the owner. Would stay again! "

"I spent 3 nights at the house with 2 of my sisters and we really enjoyed it! The house is very nicely furnished and decorated and has everything you might need. The owner left us a bottle of wine and a basket of snacks, which was a nice welcome. I slept in the bedroom on the first floor and it was quite comfortable. My sisters thought the mattresses were a little too soft for them upstairs. There are lots of air conditioners, so each person can adjust to their own liking. The kitchen was...
