"Fantastic hotel in the heart of Bristol.
Travelled with a group of friends, and this hotel had pretty much everything we could have wanted.
The rooms (classic double) were spacious and clean (a few cobwebs on the ceiling, but that did nothing to detract from my experience), and the bed was very comfortable.
No noise bleeding through from other rooms, so there's efficient sound-proofing.
A mini fridge would have made the room perfect, but we made do without.

The only niggle was…The weather was very warm and when we first arrived in the room all windows were closed. It heat in the room was unbearable. There was a floor standing fan which we put on straight away. There was also no fridge in the room. I appreciate that other upgrade rooms had a fridge, but I thought nowadays all hotels had at least a fridge for water and other drinks. A...
