I arrived at 1 am. Tired. Receptionist unfriendly. No greeting. Nothing. Just a key and a wave in the direction of the room. The room's curtains didn't come down and I was on the first floor facing the parking lot. Went back and requested a new room. No apology. Just a key. Second room - same thing. Went back. No apology. She saunted down the hall to a third room - tested the shades and handed me the key. Well, shades worked, but TV didn't. I gave up. I would not have minded the inconvenience had the receptionist been polite. She was the opposite. Stunningly so. Marriott Bonvoy?? Really??
