Great family hotel in a fantastic location.
Great family hotel in a perfect location to reach most of the sights on foot, that we wanted to visit during our stay. Kids loved the breakfast and pool area. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the area.

Fint hotel i centrum, rigtig god morgenbuffet, friskpresset juice, wafler, frugt osv. Kommer gerne igen. Eneste negativt der kan siges er at der kan være lidt støj om aftenen pga. nogle fællesborde udenfor hvor folk typisk sad og hyggede sig.

New duvets and pillows please!
Overall I was happy with my stay. Not happy with the bulky duvet and pillows, they felt very cheap. Housekeeping didn't make it to my room until 3-4 pm making it hard to take an afternoon rest. Aircondition could only heat not cool but I had to ask three times during a day until someone finally told me why they had not sent someone to check. Unsatisfactory.

While there is a lot of construction around Brussels city, the Novotel provides safe and clean accommodations with a wonderful breakfast buffet offering which was included in our room rate. There is a restaurant and bar on property as well and the best Belgian waffles within a 5 minute walk.

Great location, could not get better price for family of 4. usually in Europe, you would need to book 2 rooms but this hotel had small twin beds next to the double sized bed. Location was so great, 2 blocks from Grand Palace. Great value, would recommend.

So far out of 9 hotels on my swing thru 7 countries, this Novotel Hotel was by far the best. Location and room size were great. Room was clean and at least twice as large as the other hotel rooms. Had better amenities such as a pool, which I didn’t have time to use. Great bar. Staff were superb.

The staff in the breakfast hall stood out for their impeccable service. The hotel could to with updating. The room looked worn out. And perhaps having more complimentary water than a 500ml carton for a 2 night stay would have been more generous.
