Meget hårde senge, men personalet skaffede uden problemer ekstra underlag. Rent basisrum med et internet der var en smule ustabilt. Personalet er et afgjort plus. Morgenmaden var rigtigt god.

Central location nearby Central station
Very central location near central station. Hotel lobby was nice and a perfect breakfast buffet. Room was a little dark and seemed a little worn out.

Dejligt hotel med super central placering
Vi havde et rigtigt godt ophold, som også blev godt hjulpet af fantastisk godt sommervejr - morgenbuffeten så go’ og lækker ud, men vi havde besluttet os for at frekventere de mange morgenmads cafeer der er i centrum. Sød og venlig betjening med et smil, og Anna var helt super!

Centralt og fint hotel
Centralt og fint hotel, med gåafstand til det meste. Lækker morgenmad, selv om den var lidt dyr.

Fint ophold, men meget dårlig parkeringskælder
Det var en fin overnatning vi havde på hotellet, tjek ind gik rimelig nemt, værelset var ok, og rent. Der er nem adgang til shopping gade, shopping center, og Grand Place. Hotellets parkeringskælder til 22 euro per dag er noget af det ringeste jeg længe har oplevet, det er meget stejlt ned i kælderen, og vores bil gik på og fik skrabt undevognen både på vej ned og op af kælderen. Der er ingen adgang direkte fra parkeringskælderen op til hotellet, så man skal gå op af vejen, hvor bilerne køre op og ned, og vi var glade for, at vi ikke skulle slæbe en helt masse bagage. Så måske kan det betale sig at finde et andet parkeringshus i nærheden, vi så i hvert fald et par stykker ikke så langt fra hotellet, og det kunne måske være værd at undersøge, hvis man er glad for sin bil, og ikke ønsker at få skrabt undervognen, og i sær hvis bilen er sænket.

Beliggenhed meget centralt og sent udcheck søndag
Absolut anbefalelsesværdigt - et glimrende valg uden at være for dyrt. Beliggenheden viste sig at være meget mere central end forventet - især i forhold til gågadeområdet omkring Grand Place, men også i forhold til Central Station, der gjorde transport til og fra lufthavn nemt. Værelset var relativt stort og med udmærket skabsplads med videre. Morgenmadsbuffet varieret og med relativt stort udvalg. Søndag er der mulighed for sen udcheckning uden ekstra omkostning, der passede perfekt, da vi havde en sen flyafgang. Jeg efterspurgte ikke yderligere faciliteter, men de er der sikkert. Hvis jeg endelig skal bemærke en ting omkring værelset er det toilettets placering lige bag ved en matteret glasrude - det kan være en smule grænseoverskridende, især hvis man ikke har et tæt forhold til den man deler værelse med. TV var af ældre dato - men det fungerede udmærket, og jeg (vi) bruger kun tv på hotel til at se nyheder.

This hotel was very dirty, and I have pictures to prove it. There was even a dead cockroach in the bathroom, clearly this room was not previously cleaned. Also, our duvet cover had some brown stuff on it, I don't even want to know what that stain was, so we had to request for a clean one. There was no vent in the bathroom, and the air conditioner doesn't work. Just overall, this hotel is dirty, and gross but the pictures on line doesn't show any of that, of course.

Very close to the main train station and an easy train ride straight from the airport, so the location is ideal for travel connections. Nice place, room is small but very clean and well equipped.

Great location - 5 min walk to Brussels Central Station. Close to Galeries Hubert and grand place. Wolf Street food market also close by. Junior suite size was very good for 3 people. Massive bed and the extra bed also good. English tv channels BBC1&2 plus ITV1 and news. Tv is old so no Netflix function or casting abilities. Room was well insulated and could not get the air con to work which meant it was hot at night. Slept with window open and street therefore noisy. Mini refrigerator, tea, coffee in room with iron and ironing board and safe. Toilet separate to bathroom. Bathroom had no heat in it. Also no extraction so mirror steamed up very quickly. No taps in bath so had to run the shower for the bath. Shower screen has gaps so water goes all over the floor making a massive slip hazard. Shower pressure was good. Toiletries were poor quality. Hairdrier was good. Towel size average. Slippers and robes were supposed to be on the bathroom but were not provided. Had to ask. Slippers were then provided but no robes available at any point despite advertised on website. Did not get breakfast in the hotel as felt it did not represent value for for money and no discount t on breakfast for a child. We went to Arkadi cafe, Le Pain Quotidien and Lloyd Cafe all close by. There is also a carrefour market near the grand place to stock up on snacks, drinks and fruits. Cleanliness of the room was generally good but furniture stained and hotel is getting tired.

The location was ideal for going to Easter mass at the Cathedral. The shopping and dining options were amazing. The rooms were clean, and showers were powerful. The breakfast buffet was quite nice with many options to eat. We had a power outage during our stay, and we were not able to take showers, or baths. We climbed the staircase to and from our 5th floor rooms, this was an inconvenience and hope this doesn't happen in the future.
