"I rarely take the opportunity to record my stays but this deserves the time. The communication in advance was clear and very helpful. However, the location after a business day is ideal and so many personal touches, including a welcome label on the door personal to you! "The apartment did what it said on the tin. Spacious, clean, good facilities and comfortable. The checking-in procedure is a bit convoluted and needs fine-tuning but it didn't detract for our stay."

"Lovely property. Nice and clean. Great range of features in the room including oven, microwave and fridge. Extremely comfy bed, and great aircon system for keeping cool. Location is just outside the main city centre area, so you are not blighted by the associated noise. But attractions are still within a comfortable walking distance, or their are bus services/stops in close vicinity. Overall a great stay."

Not impressed.

"The room I ordered was a double room with a double bed. The room I got was a double room with a double bed + one extra bed, which was quite big. This meant that there was almost no extra floor space. Very disappointing. The door lock was almost out of battery, which meant that I had to go down to the reception numerous times to have it fixed. They did not fix it first time... just very irritating. When the manager finally pulled himself together and showed up, it was in a very demonstrative manner as if "Do you see I am fixing it for you now?", as if he was doing me some special favour. I give it two stars. One for the very kind and always helpful cleaning staff and another for the breakfast. That hotel really needs new management. The staff is uneducated and uninspired."
