"Great setup on the river. Close to hiking and other amenities, like Masanutten water park. For us, the setup of the property was even better in person. Kids loved the loft. We used the hot tub every night along with the fire pit. Lots of wood split and ready. Kayaking was a blast and really beautiful views no matter what direction you look. You can hear the river flowing from the house with the windows open. Even our dog had a blast! Everything was clean and organized. Highly recommend. "

"This place was fantastic!! Super clean and well stocked. The host was great and responsive. 10/10!!"

"The house was secluded and quiet. It was clean and well maintained. We loved having the pool on the very hot days."

"Michelle’s property is absolutely lovely. Home is nearly new, thoughtfully decorated, comfy couches, well appointed kitchen, nice views from the deck and very quiet. Hot tub was lovely and easy to use. We had a great stay. Might suggest you down load offline maps prior to exiting the interstate. Phone service was very spotty. But that is the area. Her WiFi works well as long as you are inside the house. Thanks for the great stay!"

"We absolutely loved staying here. The Hobbit House is so cool! It's full of Hobbit and Lord of the Rings-themed decorations. The whole thing is very whimsical, especially the canopy bed. The hot tub was nice even in summer. Lots of wildlife around too. The property was fun to explore with our dog. Riverbank Farms is down the road so we picked up some sausages and they were the best we've ever had. We chose this area for our vacation because it's so close to Shenandoah National Park. "Very beautiful and relaxing trip! Only suggestion I would have would be to add protection on the spiral staircase. Hitting your head on the edge isn’t fun. Very responsive host and very beautiful location"

"Lovely location on the river. Fire pit, screened shelter overlooking the river, hot tub, sauna. Pool table and tv room in a separate building, keeps noise out of the house. Didn't spend the extra 300 to heat the pool, instead went to the water park. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for our family of 10. Kitchen and cooking supplies were good. Water pressure in the kitchen sink was very low, but the dish washer worked fine. Wifi was good. Variety of coffee makers.ALL IN ALL A VERY NICE STAY."
