"Amazing view and amazing breeze! And oh by the way, down the hill from the property is the best beach of all time! Sand on that beach is like walking on a cloud. Shared the beach with one other couple only half of the time we were on it. Clear water, decent size waves (end of May) vs other beaches with zero waves. But we ate dinner on the deck every night thanks to that breeze and view. Other parts of the island have stagnant air resulting in too much eat and mosquito problems. Not Cooten...

"Caroline was a great host and easy to communicate with. Property is very close to Long Bay Resort (albeit, a bit uphill). Would 100% rent here again. "

"I would highly recommend this place. Every view is a postcard and looks better than the pictures online! The house was beautiful and was everything we were expecting and more. I can't say enough about how great it was to meet Saga and have him help us with so many things. He went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our trip. Tuna was a great addition as well! Having the dinghy was an added plus. The private beach is beautiful. I can't say enough great things about the place. I would stay...

"This is undoubtably the perfect villa for a couple looking for peace and quiet and rest!! The house is ideal - well equipped and furnished, cool A/C, pool, and beautiful vegetation. The hot tub is UP the hill from the house and is like being in a tree house hot tub in a jungle. The hosts are very attentive and solved a couple of minor issues very promptly. Just can't say enough good stuff about this place. This was our 3rd or 4th time to rent Kerenza, and we'll be back again!!"

"The location of this villa was perfect, with amazing views and, as it turned out, closest to our favorite beach ( Brewers Bay) and close to the amenities of Cane Garden Bay where we dined most evenings. The Villa has such an amazing view we chose to cook at home one night and the kitchen is perfectly serviceable. "My husband and I, our daughter and friends stayed at Limeberry 4 nights prior to our catamaran trip in the BVI. Jon and all his folks (Jude, JoJo, Olivette, etc.) were absolutely fantastic going above and beyond.Limeberry House is in a beautiful area close to Smugglers Cove and other great restaurants all within walking distance.
