The Space:
Sleep soundly in the comfortable queen-sized bed and refresh in the sleek bathroom with a shower and toilet. As a guest, you'll have access to excellent on-site amenities, including a relaxing outdoor pool and a well-equipped gym.

Keys are to be collected from the IGA Local Grocer at 103 Melbourne St. in South Brisbane.
IGA is about 4 km away or a 10 min drive from the apartment.
Our sincerest apologies for this but this is the safest place to keep the keys to keep the convenience of a self check in.
Please plan accordingly.

Keys are to be collected from Airtrip office which is in South Brisbane.
Airtrip office is about 4 km away or a 10 min drive from the apartment.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, and pass through our verification portal.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.

Linen: We provide a full set of linens for each bed, a hand towel, face cloth and shower towel per guest. Extra linens can be provided for a fee. Please inquire before your stay.

Amenities: We provide a starter pack of amenities to last you the first few days of your stay but we do not replenish, you will need to purchase your own amenities after these run out.

Airtrip is an offsite property management, should have any questions or concern please reach out to us directly via the messaging platform.

Additional rules
Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay!
- A team member will pass the access key to you at the time of your arrival. Kindly inform us of your estimated time of arrival at the building to ensure you receive the key in a timely manner. If you require an After-hours Check-in, kindly note that there are extra charges: 9pm - 11.59pm : key handling fee of $70. 12am - 8am : key handling fee of $120. Kindly contact us with your ETA to arrange keys prior to arrival
- All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm
- Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
- No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.
- Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.
- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour. Keys need to be left in the apartment before the check-out time. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish.
-If you require an After-hours Check-in beyond 5.30pm, kindly note that there are extra charges
- Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.
- Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests that leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.
- We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.

Excellent communication with the staff about check in and out. We stayed at the property four days but only were given one small tube of shampoo,conditioner and body wash. The same thing with the dish washing detergent, only 2 cubes of dish washing detergent. The carpet was not property vacuumed m, there were clumps of hairs here and there, and the pillows had a musty smell to them. There was no fitting sheet in the mattress , nor cover for the doona. We were asked to clean the dishes and put away rubbish at the check out when these are not our responsibility. There were lots of noises at night from the nearby pubs, and the neighbours upstairs also had their music play really loud at night, well past 11:00pm. I won’t recommend staying at this property.

Good area near shopping centre. Apartment is average, sofa is smelly, pillow is old and no good, bathroom is not clean. Remote control to the underground carpark did not work, endup parking across the street. Poor communication before arriving, no update and couldnt contact the agent. Overall very ordinary experience. But price is good.

Great place to stay! The studio was perfect for 2. Getting the key was a bit of a process given we had to take the bus across town, but the rest of check in was easy. The apartment had a small balcony and nice desk perfect for reading in the mornings and doing work at night. Great location for train station, cafes, and Toowong village shopping center.

We really liked the apt and the location was fabulous. Close to bus, train and water taxi stops. We would love to see more towels, tea towels, pillows and a throw or two for the sofa. I would also like to add that we were not happy being told that we had to pay an extra $70 for a later check in/key delivery. This was not clearly stated beforehand and we were told only a few hours before arrival. The property needs to have a lockbox onsite to make it easy and convenient to check in, whether early or late.
