"Good base for getting to all the shops and sites in Brighton. A bit small and cosy but was fine for 5 people. Not enough seating areas for more. Need to be aware you are next to a very busy road so will hear lots of people walking past and traffic noise but fine for a short break."

"I simply loved my stay here. Everything about this stay was amazing. The location is fantastic, with convenience stores and a fish and chips place right within walking distance. The room itself is so cute with great amenities. There is a fan if you get hot and also a heater for when it gets cold. They were absolutely the sweetest hosts and I felt at home!!!"

"A group of 15 of us stayed at the property for the hen do and everyone raved about the house. The location was so perfect with no need to get a taxi at all over the weekend. The use of the key pad to get in meant there was no faffing with who had the key which was perfect for a large group. There was plenty of rooms unlike many others in the local area where there would be large numbers in one room so everyone had a good sleep regardless of what time they got in! - the lounge fitting us all in...

"A really fantastic place to stay. Great location being so close to the train station, whilst also being down a quiet pedestrian lane (so no noise at night). The 4 double beds (as well as the two sofa beds in the living room) mean you can get 8 adults staying at once. "Property was very well kept, nice and clean, well stocked kitchen. We were a Family of 4 adults and 2 children, and there was ample space for us not to be on top of each other. Nice large lounge, and a large kitchen. Bedrooms were all double sized. There was a gate that could be closed across the drive to make the back garden secure for kids and dogs. "Couldn’t ask for a better location. Smack in the middle of everything in town and only a 7-8 min walk from the station. Apartment was very clean and well presented. Iron and hairdryer included. The only real downside was the thin windows in the property that didn’t block a lot of the outside noise. Some of the rowdy pub goers (of which I was one!) could be very noisy in the early hours.
