"This was one of the nastiest hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was absolutely filthy. There was hair inside the refrigerator, dirty pillowcases, dirty linens, mold on the shower curtain, spiders, dead insects on the ceiling, and yellow and brown stains on the towels and bedding. It was obvious the room had not been properly cleaned.

"We arrived an hour after the 3:00pm check in time but the room they reserved for us still hadn’t been cleaned.
