Stunning 2-story home with 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, new appliances/furniture, grill, patio, and beautiful scenery all around. Minutes from Table Rock Lake and only 10-15 minutes from downtown Branson. For the golfers, you are only a couple of miles from the exquisite courses at Big Cedar Lodge. This place is the perfect getaway for a larger group whether it be a golf trip, lake trip, or time to gather with the family. Please note this property has two parking stalls, in addition to first come first serve overflow parking in the community. Celebrating something special? Rustic Canyon features a fully-equipped kitchen for preparing meals, onsite washer and dryer and most importantly a private space, much larger than a hotel room for private family time away from crowds and people. We have a self-check-in and check-out system to limit your contact with people as well. Our vacation home is set up with TVs so that boredom is not an option. The Lake is a short walk down the road where you can experience beautiful sunsets and fun on Table Rock Lake away from high traffic areas. Another feature of our Branson Canyon Community provides is a private hiking trial which follows a beautiful creek, allowing our guests to enjoy the great outdoors without leaving the neighborhood. We, Horton Management Group, LLC love our beautiful home at Rustic Canyon because Table Rock lake is a romantic stroll down the lane and provides a perfect place for us to watch the sun as it sets on the water and Ozark hills. Though the excitement and thrills of Branson entertainment are nearby the stillness of our location in the evening washes over you. As you stand outside at dusk listening to the crickets chirp and watching the fireflies dance, it feels like home away from home, like a place where you can relax and breathe. THE BASICS: 6 bedrooms & 1 loft - 5 Kings, 2 Bunk beds , and 1 pull-out couch in the loft - Sleeps 16 people. 4 Bathrooms - Master (tub, walk-in shower, double sinks), other 3 bathrooms (tub/shower combo & sink). Fully Equipped Kitchen. Open Main Room with plenty of seating. Dining Room table and bar stools around kitchen island area. Plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your friends/family. Free Wifi. LOCATION: 10mins from the 76 Branson Strip and Branson Landing. 1/4 mile from Table Rock Lake. Less than a mile to public boat launch. 8mins to the Airport. 8mins to State Park Marina. 20-30mins to Silver Dollar City (depending on traffic). 5min to Top of the Rock Golf Course. Everything is close! The kids will love the upstairs area we have in the home. Also, there is a pack and play available for use inside the home. We do have a children's high chair available but must be requested in advance as its locked up in our owners closet! THE EXPERIENCE IN DETAIL: -As you walk in the front door and are greeted by the open floor layout of our kitchen and great room you immediately breathe easy seeing that there is plenty of room here for you and your family. Our Kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes so you can create a huge breakfast that will get everyone out of bed and ready for a day of fun. A potted coffee maker and a Keurig is available. You will need to bring your own coffee/pods/filters/creamer etc. Cozy up in the living room for a late night movie on our large flat-screen TV equipped for your viewing pleasure. Our luxury Master bedroom with its King size bed, premium bedding invite you and your spouse to relax together and feel a little spoiled. This is a vacation after all! Enjoy our Master Bath with its tub, walk-in shower, and double sinks. Explore the Upstairs which has 4 Bedrooms - 3 furnished with a King size bed, premium bedding, 1 is the bunk room which is equipped with 4 twin size beds. Our upstairs loft area has board games, and a hide-a-bed located in the couch. If you can't find your kids (or husbands ;) ) I would suggest looking upstairs. Our Main floor and Upstairs bathrooms are both full bathrooms with tub/shower combination. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on our front porch and soak in the sounds and fresh air of the Ozarks before the kids wake up. Or when it’s Dad’s turn to cook head to the back porch, which is equipped with a grill just waiting to serve up the kids’ favorite hamburgers. NEED MORE ACCOMMODATIONS?!? If you are planning to get out on Table Rock Lake during your stay, Store -N-Go Boat & Mini Storage is located across from State Park Marina where you can arrange to store your boat, boat trailer, or jet skis during your stay. Store-N- Go is about 8 minutes from Rustic Canyon Lodge. There is a public boat ramp a quick 2 min jaunt across the road from Store-N-Go to make it easy for you so you can enjoy the maximum time on the water! If you want to rent a boat, State Park Marina is only 8 minutes away! Table Rock Lake Pontoon Boat Rental at Kings River Marina is also a great place to rent from! PARKING PLEASE NOTE!! - There is only the room in front of the home for parking two vehicles. There is overflow parking in designated areas for additional vehicles. All RV's and Boats must be parked off premises, and are not allowed at home! This home is not handicapped accessible!!!
