Follow the stairs to the well-appointed living room that has comfortable chairs for unwinding and enjoying a movie night. The fully equipped modern kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and gorgeous counterspace. Gather friends and family in the dining room that boasts coastal décor and custom lighting.

Prepare for a great nights’ sleep in the stunning primary bedroom, featuring a King bed with lavish bedding, and an exquisite ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, walk-in shower, and standalone tub. Guests will feel pampered in four guest bedrooms each with a King bed and posh ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The sixth bedroom is perfect for young kiddos- it has a bunk bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. We had the best, most special family trip at this beautiful home. AMI sent informative emails and texts leading up to the trip. Check-in was smooth, and the place was very clean and well-appointed. We appreciated the provided starter packs of toiletries, detergent, dishwashing pods, etc. The layout of the home:- first floor with garage, steps up to second floor, opening into a beautiful backyard with pool. - sliding doors to backyard/pool has a child safety alarm for drowning prevention, made us feel safer with our kids - important to note there are no bedrooms/bathroom on the first floor- second floor had kitchen, dining room and living area, plus 2 bedrooms with king size beds- third floor had 5 bedrooms: 4 with king size beds, 1 with full size bunk beds- fourth floor rooftop with lounge chairs - 2nd and 3rd floors each had their own washers/dryers and thermostatsThe pool is very well designed with an enclosed shallow area for babies/toddlers, and a hot tub for adults. We had a situation where the whole pool got very hot (100 degrees) on our last day, and AMI was very responsive and sent a pool tech over immediately.The house is in an ideal location 1 block from the beach. We went every single night to catch the sunset which is always spectacular on the west coast of FL. Beach towels, wagon, and beach chairs (inspect before bringing to beach as some are broken) are provided, but no beach umbrellas.Lastly, we truly appreciated a dog friendly home!

Beach View Paradise was the perfect spot for our AMI vacation. The location is a very short walk to pristine beach and water. When we weren’t exploring the island, we were in the water. The pool and spa is also a nice feature to relax after a day at the beach. The home is nicely decorated and each bedroom was comfortable with its own bath. The kitchen has all the essentials. We had groceries delivered, but the grocery store is only a mile down the street. The host was accessible, communicative and responsive, though we had no issues at all during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a multi-generational family of12 for a holiday get away, and everyone ended up pleased. Kids loved the pool, ping table and pop a shot. Grandparents loved the first-floor bedrooms and private baths. The management company was very responsive to a pool heater question. We would recommend both the house and management company.

Great stay in AMI. The house is perfect for families and/or friends. The only thing we missed was a crib. But apart from that, a perfect place. Highly recommended.

Great house for kids and family! Had everything we needed and more! Lots to do! Loved the newness of it and cleanliness! The pool, beach, hot tub were a big hit! Location was perfect! Very good contact with company and quick response! I was very pleased! Well done!!

Our group chose this house because it was brand new and had a great location. The house lived up to its billing being built within the last year. We loved the fact that all of the beds were comfortable and everything worked for the most part. There was a glitch on the third evening when the key pad that opened the main door quit working. However we called the emergency number and were instructed to another lockbox which held a key so we could get in. The rental company was readily available and the keypad just needed new batteries. There were 5 of us staying at this house and we voted it as the best home we have rented in the 5 years we have been taking our Feb trip.

The property was amazing. The kitchen and living space on the main floor were perfectly sized to fit our large group of 13. Each bedroom was spacious and had their own bathroom which was amazing for our group. The pool and hot tub were easy to use and a great way to wind down the evenings. The house is a block away from a beach and easy walk or bike rides to tons of shops and restaurants. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. Would highly recommend!

Anna Maria Island is amazing, beautiful beaches without the high rise condos or hotels. It is a quaint island that reminds me of old Florida. The house's location is perfect with beach views from all the floors and an ideal view from the rooftop deck. The pool and the outdoor space is a perfect if you want to take a break from the beach. This home is brand new. It is bright, open and spacious. It is very well appointed with good furniture and upscale appliances. The house has a ton of room. The hosts are hospitable, helpful and communicative. We will definitely return to Anna Maria island and this house in particular.

This home is amazing. My family loved every moment of our stay, plus the property management company was super responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. We visit Anna Maria Island every year, and this is our new favorite rental. It’s brand new and super clean, and there was so much room for our family group to spread out and relax. The decor is beautiful and beachy, the bedrooms spacious, and each has an ensuite bathroom. The pool area looks straight out of a magazine absolutely amazing, and we were so close to the beach and spent every day there! 10/10 recommend you book this place.
